We are looking for the an experienced head chef to run a new venture on the outskirts of Liverpool
The successful candidate will be working closely with the General Manager along with running a team of 6 chefs and numerous kitchen porters
Duties include:
Kitchen rotas ( Chefs & Kitchen porters )
Responsible for ensuring that the kitchen consistently provides food to the companies standards
Manage a team of chefs and support their development and growth
Training and developing employees
Planning and design of Menus
Achieve targets on food, staff costs and quality control measures
Day to Day running of smooth kitchen and service
Ensuring all health and food safety policies
Up to date knowledge of Allergies
Ensuring dishes are prepared and delivered to companies standard
Specs sheets very precisely
Assisting with the ordering of food, purchasing and maintenance of kitchen equipment when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 40,000.00 per year
