The Role
We're seeking an ambitious
Head Chef / Kitchen Manager
who loves fresh ingredients, quality cooking, and maintaining high standards. You'll lead a passionate team, drive menu innovation, manage costs, and help maintain our 5-star food hygiene rating.
Key Responsibilities
Manage stock, food, and labour costs to achieve financial targets
Lead, coach, and inspire your kitchen team to deliver excellence
Develop menus that excite and delight customers
Ensure all quality, health & safety, and compliance standards are met
About You
Skilled chef with a passion for fresh tasty food and high-quality presentation
Experienced in line management, coaching, and team development
Strong understanding of financial control and sales targets
Knowledgeable in health & safety practices
Comfortable working within a small, close-knit team
Hands on approach: Enjoys being actively involved in all day-to-day kitchen operations
