We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our Kitchen delivering exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties

Lead the kitchen, fostering a positive and productive working environment Plan and develop innovative menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery Monitor kitchen operations during service hours to maintain efficiency and quality control Implement new cooking techniques and menu items to enhance the restaurant's offerings

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a busy culinary environment, ideally in a restaurant setting Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff and management Passion for innovation in cuisine and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
