We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to manage our kitchen in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. Responsibilities
Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow.
Develop and implement menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to maximise profitability.
Train new staff on cooking techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen protocols.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor the quality of dishes before they reach the customer to uphold our culinary standards.
Experience
Strong background in food production, preparation, and cooking techniques
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
Previous restaurant experience is essential, with a focus on high-quality dining environments.
