Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef to join our high volume coffee shop-bar-Restaraunt based in Gourock. Recently refurbished to a very high standard, seating up to 120 over two levels with a modern, airy and spacious kitchen. Incredible views across the estuary and toward the highlands are enjoyed from the kitchen.

The Ideal candidate will be;
Experienced Chef with at least five years of management experience.
Able to develop and implement strategies to minimise wastage along with front of house management.
Good understanding of stock control and finance.
Be able to develop and manage a strong team.
Experienced in setting and working towards targets.
Strong focus on attention to detail.
Passionate about quality food.
Friendly and upbeat personality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 36,000.00-40,000.00 per year
