We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our culinary team. Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the kitchen team, fostering a positive and productive working environment Oversee food production, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation of all dishes Develop innovative menus in collaboration with management, catering to diverse customer preferences Manage food preparation processes, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene Coordinate daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels Train and mentor staff in culinary techniques, food safety protocols, and service standards Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve food quality and service delivery Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in food preparation and cooking techniques Demonstrable team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication skills to liaise with staff and management efficiently A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering outstanding dining experiences

Pay: 25,041.13-40,000.00 per year
