We are seeking a friendly and professional Head Chef to join our popular and authentic Italian restaurant.
The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional standards and be able to work to authentic Italian recipes but also bring a flair of their own.
Due to the location the restaurant's clients are predominantly theatre goers who will require a small window of time to eat so you must be able to cook quickly and maintain calm and discipline when orders come in large volumes.
The restaurant has built a great reputation and the standards must be high. This role is predominantly a single role so as Head Chef you may be required to work alone in quieter days so you must be prepared to do this.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about hospitality and culinary arts within a vibrant setting.
This is a non chain restaurant, so we are looking for strong experience in a hotel or private restaurant background and preferably in Italian cooking.
The ability to work under pressure and maintain the same standard per dish is key.
