Salary: Competitive.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food production and kitchen operations
- Create and develop menus, ensuring variety and quality of dishes
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes and standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, providing guidance and support
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events or promotions
- Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Extensive knowledge of food production techniques and culinary trends
- Excellent understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
