Head Dental Nurse

to join our leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified nurse ready to step up, take ownership, and shape the future of our nursing teams.

What you'll do



Lead, support, and mentor our growing team of nurses across two dynamic sites. Ensure the highest clinical standards and infection control are maintained. Organise rotas, training, audits, and daily operations. Support a wide range of treatments including

cosmetic, orthodontic, restorative, implants, and Invisalign.

Be a key point of contact for both patients and clinicians, ensuring every journey is smooth, calm, and professional.
What we're looking for

GDC-registered Dental Nurse with

4+ years' experience.

A natural leader with strong organisational and mentoring skills. Excellent knowledge of cross-infection control and CQC standards. Experience in cosmetic/orthodontic settings (

Invisalign knowledge is a plus

). A positive, proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
