Exciting Head Receptionist Position - Dental Beauty St Albans

Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM

Dental Beauty Partners are currently seeking a

Head Dental Receptionist/TCO

to join us in a role across our mixed practice, Dental Beauty St Albans. Our practices are award winning, highly established and reputable mixed dental clinics located only a short walk from the station.

You could be joining a great practice team, led by our Clinical Partner, Dr. Nirav Dalia, and Practice Manager, Vira. The successful candidate will receive a great deal of support and development, and as Dental Beauty expands quickly there will be lots of progression opportunities available.

Details of the role:

We are looking for a full-time applicant to come on board with us Working hours will be

Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm with occasional evenings and Saturdays required

This position will also include taking on some of the treatment coordinator responsibilities

About you:

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload Ability to manage a busy receptionist team based across two practices

Previous experience of working in a Dental Practice environment is highly desirable for this position

Results driven, with excellent attention to detail and a positive and friendly personality Experience with ensuring practice compliance You must be comfortable with being the first point of contact to our patients, and be able to support with driving referrals from existing patients
