This is a full-time, remote position, based in the United Kingdom with possible travel to Europe and around the UK.
The ideal candidate will be dynamic, able to build rapport easily, customer-obsessed, and have a growth mindset.
The purpose of this role is to take ownership of Crimson's growth within the Chinese diaspora across UK and Western Europe. You'll be responsible for:
- strategic market development
- lead generation and marketing management
- sales execution
You'll engage prospective families, build trusted relationships, and represent Crimson at schools, conferences, and community events across the region.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?
Working closely with the UK/Europe Country Manager, the Regional Marketing Manager, and the Chinese sales and marketing team. This role will be focused on building, developing and furthering Crimson Education's market presence in the Chinese community in the United Kingdom & Europe, and leading the first point of contact for incoming potential Chinese clients (primarily parents), ensuring a smooth customer experience across a variety of Crimson programmes.
What are the role responsibilities?
Manage sales & marketing activities for Crimson's Chinese diaspora.
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing online and in-person events and campaigns to generate high-quality leads to continually feed in a healthy sales pipeline
Manage regional Chinese Social Media Accounts such as WeChat official accounts, WeChat groups, Little Red Book and others.
Build and manage Crimson's WeChat community in the regions and nurture our community members on a regular basis.
Create and localise content for Crimson Education's account and manage the content marketing calendar.
Manage agency work for social media accounts.
Monitor leads and enrolments from marketing across all channels (Events, PR, WeChat, FB, Content, Emails, SEO & more) with weekly/monthly progress reporting, customer behaviour, and user experience.
Monitor and manage the in-coming leads from all channels. Ensure leads are effectively nurtured and channeled.
Establish, develop and maintain positive and professional customer interactions and relationships for Crimson creating a positive first impression that aligns with the company's dedication to a high quality service
Able to manage sales target and KPI independently and as a team
Support in coordination of specific outreach channels including expos, seminars, webinars, school talks, and related event support.
