As Head of Consultancy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver value to our clients -- leading a talented team, driving operational excellence, and contributing to Mysoft's continued growth and innovation. Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire Mysoft's Consultancy and Customer Support teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, service quality, and operational excellence. Oversee consultancy projects to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. Serve as a trusted advisor and senior escalation point, strengthening client relationships and loyalty. Align consultancy services with commercial goals to drive growth and explore new opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey. Define and monitor KPIs, utilisation, and revenue to support continuous performance improvement. Provide strategic leadership for Customer Support, ensuring exceptional and consistent client experiences. Champion knowledge sharing, collaboration, and best practices across all delivery functions.

About You

Proven leader experienced in building and inspiring high-performing consultancy or professional services teams. Strong ERP expertise--ideally Sage X3--with hands-on experience in software implementation and project delivery. Skilled in consultancy best practices, delivery frameworks, and managing multiple complex projects. Commercially astute, balancing customer satisfaction, resource utilisation, and profitability. Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Strategic yet hands-on thinker, resilient, and adept at problem-solving. Customer-focused and committed to delivering value and excellence throughout the client journey. High integrity, professionalism, and dedication to continuous improvement and team development. Degree-level education or equivalent; project management and leadership certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) desirable.
