We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Head of Creative to lead our creative strategy and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. This energetic leader will inspire and manage a talented team of designers, content creators, and marketing specialists to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies aligned with overall marketing goals to enhance brand visibility across digital, print, social media, and advertising platforms. Lead the creative team in producing high-quality content including visual designs, videos, copywriting, and multimedia assets that captivate target audiences. Oversee the creation and management of multichannel marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, performance marketing, and advertising sales techniques. Collaborate closely with product management, sales teams, and external agencies to ensure cohesive messaging and branding consistency across all touchpoints. Manage the creative budget effectively while ensuring timely delivery of projects that meet strategic objectives. Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and marketing automation platforms to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics. Drive innovation by researching industry trends in digital marketing, content marketing, B2B marketing, e-commerce, print advertising, and new advertising technologies like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords. Oversee website content management using WordPress and basic HTML skills to ensure engaging user experiences. Implement best practices for SEO optimization to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic. Coordinate with media buyers for effective placement of print ads and digital ads across various channels. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity while maintaining high standards for quality and brand integrity. Manage and run our podcast studio

Requirements



Proven experience in leading creative teams within a fast-paced marketing environment with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing campaigns. Extensive knowledge of SEO strategies, social media marketing platforms (including Facebook Advertising), multichannel marketing approaches, and performance marketing techniques. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for overseeing design quality; familiarity with content management systems like WordPress; basic HTML skills are a plus. Strong understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics to interpret data insights for campaign optimization. Experience with marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and enhance campaign effectiveness. Demonstrated ability in B2B marketing strategies along with experience in e-commerce environments. Excellent copywriting skills combined with research capabilities to craft compelling messaging tailored for diverse audiences. Knowledge of print advertising processes alongside digital channels to develop integrated campaigns. Ability to manage budgets efficiently while juggling multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills to motivate teams and collaborate across departments effectively.
