Candidate: Senior Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive
Holidays: 33 days holiday inclusive of bank and other public holidays
Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience plus bonus scheme.

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor or legal executive to join our team as head of residential property. The ideal candidate will be experienced in all aspects of the conveyancing process, from beginning to end and with considerable experience in freehold, leasehold, unregistered conveyancing, new build work and potentially small scale development work. In addition to residential conveyancing work, duties will include lender panel management, CQS applications, the distribution of work and the management and general supervision of the residential property team. In addition the successful candidate would be expected to network and to continue to develop/expand the department. With at least 5 years PQE and experience of managing a small team, the right candidate will be able to progress their career quickly, in addition to dealing with high quality, conveyancing work. Potential to progress to partner position for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 53,000.00-63,000.00 per year
