We're now looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Social Media Management to join our team in Worsley. In this pivotal role, you will manage your own client portfolio while mentoring and developing our Social Media Executive. You'll lead the delivery of engaging content strategies and elevate the level of service we offer to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of high-quality, strategic social media services across a diverse client base.
Create and implement tailored content strategies with clear, measurable goals.
Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, and analytics across all key platforms.
Conduct regular audits of client social media and websites, offering actionable, data-driven recommendations.
Produce visually compelling content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Photoshop.
Use scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite) to optimise performance.
Mentor and support the Social Media Executive, ensuring consistent standards and development.
Manage multiple client accounts and deadlines while remaining calm and professional under pressure.
Work collaboratively with our HR and Recruitment teams as part of our integrated 3-in-1 model.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all content.
Stay up to date with trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to improve client engagement.
Experience with mailing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior-level social media role, ideally within an agency environment.
Experience managing accounts across a variety of industries and audience types.
Demonstrated ability to build effective social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
Advanced skills in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop), and general digital design.
Strong visual awareness and attention to aesthetic detail.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple clients and competing deadlines.
Confident leader and mentor with a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commercially aware with the ability to align content with broader business goals.
Desirable Experience:
Knowledge of SEO best practices and how they integrate with social content.
Experience using Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms.
Skilled in copywriting for various formats and audiences.
Experience in writing or managing blog content that supports brand messaging and SEO.
