We are looking for a front desk receptionist & head of social media & head of event for a Gymnastics Club based in Wincheap. We are a very busy Club and we require someone who is able to work under pressure to a high standard. The applicant must be able to demonstrate a high level of customer service and an ability to deal with sensitive situations. Strong administration background and knowledge of social media. You will be working alongside the Manager and will be required to be proactive and be able implement new ideas with minimal supervision. Knowledge of a competitive sport would be advantageous.
You will need to have knowledge of social media platforms Facebook & Instagram
You will be in charge of all content, will be required to take photos and videos during your shift to promote the classes
You will be in charge of creating, organising, planning and delivering all events.
These need to be seasonal events including parties and or sleepovers - You will be required to attend these events and be in charge. They will run on Saturday's from 6pm
Bonus' will be provided for successful events

Tuesday 3:45pm - 6pm
Wednesday 3:45pm - 6pm
Thursday 3:45pm - 6pm
Friday 3:45pm - 6pm
Duties will include some of the following:
Customer facing and dealing with queries over the phone.
Using our online system to sign customers into their class.
Using our social media accounts to increase participation and raise awareness of the Club.
Writing communications to customers through email and paper form.
Money handling.
Able to assist the Manager with event planning and implementation.
Other duties as they come up.
