As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Marketing to lead our brand strategy, amplify our market presence, and drive customer engagement across multiple channels.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Head of Socials to join our team and elevate Iso's presence across all social platforms. The ideal candidate will be a digital professional with a deep understanding of social trends, content creation, and brand development. As the head of social, you'll be responsible for driving engagement, growth, and brand awareness through impactful content strategies that resonate with our diverse audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Iso's marketing strategy across B2C and professional audiences, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Oversee all brand marketing, digital marketing, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and paid campaigns.
Own Iso's growth strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all touchpoints.
Lead and manage a team, including social media executives, content creators, and performance marketers.
Manage and scale paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.), optimizing for performance.
Establish and nurture relationships with industry influencers, professional bodies, and key stakeholders.
Develop marketing funnels that drive conversions, including email/SMS marketing and retargeting campaigns.
Use data and analytics to track campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key KPIs.
Position Iso as a leading voice in beauty, skincare, and health through compelling brand storytelling
Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Iso's brand identity and resonates with our target audience across social media platforms.
Community Engagement: Foster meaningful relationships with our followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Respond to inquiries, comment on trends, and maintain an authentic voice for Iso
Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and track paid and organic campaigns that align with our business objectives.
Analytics & Reporting: Regularly measure performance through analytics tools, tracking key KPIs, and provide reports to the team on growth, engagement, and ROI.
Trends & Insights: Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to keep Iso ahead of the curve.
About You
? 5+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in beauty, skincare, health, or e-commerce.
? Proven track record of scaling brands, driving customer acquisition, and building engaged communities.
? Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital growth strategies.
? Strong grasp of performance marketing (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) and conversion optimization.
? Experience in brand positioning, content strategy, and customer retention marketing.
? Strong analytical mindset--you love using data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaigns.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and growing a team.
? Passion for innovation and emerging technology--excited about AI's role in the future of beauty and health retail.
? Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset
