Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Head Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining experiences at our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong background in food service. Responsibilities: - Oversee the dining area and ensure guests receive outstanding service - Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery - Train and mentor serving staff on best practices and service standards - Handle guest inquiries, comments, and complaints in a professional manner - Assist in food preparation and ensure quality control standards are met - Utilise basic maths skills for order processing and bill calculations - Implement upselling techniques to enhance the guest experience - Manage time effectively to ensure smooth service flow Qualifications: - Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential - Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary terminology is advantageous - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on guest services - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to lead and support a team Join our team as a Head Server and be part of creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
