Bardon Hill, Coalville, Leicestershire (including three local sites)

Salary:

Up to 35,000 (pro-rata)

Hours:

Part-time - approx. 25h/week - flexible on when hours worked these could be during school hours or 5 mornings per week or 4 days a week.

Are you a qualified Health & Safety professional looking for a flexible role within a family-owned manufacturing business?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced

Health & Safety Officer

to lead our HSE compliance across multiple, local sites. This role is instrumental in ensuring we maintain legal compliance and foster a positive safety culture.

What You'll Be Doing:

Conducting risk and COSHH assessments, audits, and incident investigations

Leading internal safety training, inductions, toolbox talks and briefings.

Updating and managing the H&S systems.

Providing H&S support, advice and assistance to managers and staff.

What We're Looking For:

NEBOSH general certificate qualified, or equivalent (essential)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar engineering or industrial environment

Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working independently and across teams
