Please note, this not a remote / working from home position. We are a regional training provider and deliver training in Birmingham, the Black Country and surrounding areas, our Head Office is in Sutton Coldfield.

Do you have experience of delivering accredited qualifications in Care at Levels 1, 2 and 3? Are you an innovative and knowledgeable professional with dynamic training skills (not death by PowerPoint)? Do you want to join an award winning, Grade 2 'Good' Ofsted provider with a great reputation?

Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate the skills and knowledge of learners in health and social care settings. Deliver engaging training sessions using variety of teaching methods. Provide constructive feedback to learners to support their continuous improvement. Maintain accurate records of assessments and progress. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance training programmes and share best practices. Stay updated with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance in assessments.

Experience:

Health and Social Care: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

Assessors Award (CAVA/A1/D32/D33) (required)
Work Location: In person

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
