Please note if the role or service is relocated as part of a planned move, employees will not be eligible for excess mileage reimbursement. Travel from the postholder's home to the new work base will be considered a normal commute. Any other changes not related to this relocation will be managed according to the relevant Trust or National terms and conditions.



Staff who provide basic care and support to patients in various settings



Responsible for tasks such as mobility, observations, and medication



Involved in keeping the environment and equipment clean and safe



Part of the wider healthcare team that includes nurses, doctors, and other professionals



Taking patients observations such as blood pressure, temperature, oxygen saturations height ,weight and pulse.



Helping patients book blood tests and appointments .
