Harper Contracts is looking for an experienced
Heavy Machine Operator
to join our team and support smooth operations across our two Insch sites. This hands-on role involves safe material handling, operating heavy machinery, and keeping yard operations running efficiently.Key Responsibilities:
Load materials onto Walking Floor trailers and customer trailers Move and grind materials efficiently across both sites Operate forklifts, grinders, loading shovels, and other machinery safely Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe yard Follow all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
Proven experience with forklifts, grinders, loading shovels, and heavy machinery Strong understanding of yard operations and material handling Safety-focused, reliable, and hands-on attitude Comfortable working across two sites in Insch
