Job Description
HERDPERSON
We are seeking to recruit a hard working, enthusiastic individual to join our existing team of five.
Duties will include
- Milking 200 cow Holstein Friesian herd twice daily (6am and 3pm)
- Calf rearing (100 plus dairy followers and beef calves)
- Monitoring herd health, maintaining high standards and record keeping
- Feeding cattle
- Bedding cattle
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience in a similar role. They should be a team player, effective communicator and a conscientious individual.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
