The Role

The successful HLTA will be expected to:

Confidently deliver

class cover

in the teacher's absence Support learning across

Year 1 to Year 6

Lead

small group interventions

and targeted learning support Support pupils with

SEND

needs Use initiative while following school planning and behaviour policies Act as a

positive role model

for pupils and colleagues

Requirements

We are looking for candidates who have:

HLTA qualification

(highly desirable)

TA experience

(essential)

Class cover experience

(essential) Graduate applicants are

Strong classroom presence and confident behaviour management skills

Pay

100 - 130 per day Rate dependent on experience and responsibilities
