JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our brilliant children, families, and staff across the school community.

The successful candidate will:

Cover classes from EYFS to Year 4 throughout the week, delivering engaging and high-quality learning experiences.

Support teaching and learning by planning, delivering and assessing lessons, in collaboration with class teachers.

Mark and provide feedback in line with school policies to support pupil progress.

Foster a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment where every child can thrive.

Build strong relationships with children, colleagues, and families to promote wellbeing and achievement.
