These roles are ideal for confident, experienced HLTAs who are able to take on additional responsibility and work independently when required.

HLTA -

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support learning and contribute to lesson delivery. Responsibilities may include:

Supporting teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons Leading whole-class sessions during PPA cover or teacher absence Delivering targeted interventions to individuals or small groups Supporting pupils with

ALN / SEN

, behavioural or emotional needs Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff Assisting with assessment and record keeping Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies Supporting pupils' social, emotional and personal development Upholding safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

Requirements

HLTA status or relevant equivalent qualification/experience Previous experience working in a UK or Welsh primary or secondary school Confidence leading lessons and managing a classroom independently Experience supporting pupils with ALN / SEN (desirable) Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) A professional, flexible and reliable approach EWC registered
