Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our friendly team in our small village primary school. This is a part-time, mornings-only position in the first instance.
The successful candidate will have:
Strong experience working within EYFS and KS1 Proven SEND experience
,
supporting a range of needs Experience in delivering Read Write Inc. (RWI) The ability to work flexibly and adaptively within a small, supportive team Commitment to building strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues, and our wider community Skills, expertise or experience that meets the HLTA National Standards (or equivalent)We are proud of our warm, welcoming school where children are happy, engaged, and eager to learn. Outdoor learning and continuous provision are central to our curriculum, and we value the importance of close community links.
