As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality education, support small groups and individual pupils, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. This role is ideal for candidates looking to progress in education, gain more responsibility, and make a difference in children's lives.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience working with children in a school setting

Level 4 (or above) Teaching Assistant qualification

Enhanced DBS (we can assist with your application) EWC registration

Desirable:

Experience as an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant)
