About the Role

As a HLTA, you'll work closely with teachers and the leadership team to provide high-quality support. You'll cover classes when needed, assist with planning and preparation, and help create an inclusive, engaging learning environment for all pupils.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a

HLTA

or similar role in a primary setting. Strong behaviour management and organisational skills. Ability to use initiative and adapt quickly to changing situations. A confident communicator who can build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
