Location: Malvern
Summary
To carry out specialist highways maintenance or construction work applying specialist skills. Able to work as a Ganger if required on a wide variety of works. Where required, to respond to emergencies and call outs during or out of hours as required, and assist with winter maintenance.Desirable Skills

All skills and experience outlined for Skilled Operative PLUS specialist skills in at least one of the following: Stonemasonry & bricklaying Surfacing Road marking 12d high speed roads Installation or removal of vehicle safety fencing NVQ2 LGV licence Range of power tools and equipment Use of PDA as requiredGeneral Competencies
Prepared to contribute to and participate fully in team work Prepared to work varying hours to meet the needs of the business Will apply skills to a variety of tasks, providing support to others Prepared to develop and undertake relevant training and qualifications Able to complete record sheets, paper or electronic Able to take responsibility for plant, equipment and vehicle defect inspectionsContract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday
