We're now looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our Logistics team at our Banbury site. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about keeping operations running safely, efficiently, and in full compliance.

About the role

You'll support the Fleet Manager in ensuring the smooth and compliant operation of our vehicle fleet, helping to keep deliveries moving and downtime to a minimum.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Acting as the first point of contact for all fleet-related queries. Managing vehicle compliance - scheduling MOTs, services, tax, and insurance. Coordinating with garages, hire firms, and suppliers for repairs and maintenance. Monitoring fuel, telematics, and vehicle usage data and reporting on performance. Processing damage claims, fines, and supplier charges. Maintaining accurate driver and vehicle records, including licence checks and training files. Supporting driver training and arranging DCPC courses with third-party providers. Assisting in accident investigations and supporting continuous improvement across the fleet function.

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced

- at least 3 years' experience in fleet or transport compliance, service scheduling, and training delivery.

Organised and accurate

- strong attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining compliance.

Tech-savvy

- confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel), databases, and telematics systems.

A strong communicator

- able to liaise confidently with drivers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Motivated and responsible

- able to work independently, prioritise effectively, and influence others.
Desirable qualifications include RTITB Instructor certification or advanced Excel/database experience, but full training will be provided on our internal systems.
