Job Description

Salary/Pay Rate: 27,000 per annum and mileage for 37.5 hours a week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct client, reviews and risk assessments in alignment with current standards.

- Provide leadership to the care teams at CareYourWay Chester

- Support all members of the care department by adhering to best practices, policies, procedures, legislative requirements, and relevant regulations under the Manager's direction.

- Supervise care services and spot-check at CareYourWay Chester according to established standards.

- Maintain current skill levels and participate in training and development as needed to keep practices up to date.

- To take part in the On-call Rota .

- Ensure all employees contribute to the efficient operation of the service and supervise them.

- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of the individuals they support.
