We are seeking an experienced, nurse?qualified Home Manager to lead a well?resourced nursing home in Colchester. As a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with NMC registration, you will oversee clinical care and daily operations, ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CQC), manage and mentor the care team, and deliver a safe, person?centred, high?quality service.
You will take full responsibility for staffing, care planning, medication management, safeguarding, and quality assurance -- supporting residents, families, and stakeholders to deliver exceptional care. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and sound organisational and financial awareness are essential.
