. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong clinical leader with proven management experience to oversee the delivery of outstanding care and ensure the home continues to operate to the highest standards.
As the Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred, and high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day management and operations of the care home.
Lead, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistently high standards of care.
Ensure compliance with CIW regulations, organisational policies, and best practice guidelines.
Manage budgets, staffing levels, and resource allocation effectively.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement, quality assurance, and high levels of resident satisfaction.
Conduct audits, supervisions, performance reviews, and staff training.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all records meet regulatory requirements.
Ensure the home achieves and maintains strong inspection ratings.
Requirements
Must be a
Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN)
with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience as a Home Manager
in a nursing or residential care home is essential.
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards.
Ability to manage teams, budgets, and resources effectively.
