Full Time | 40 Hours per Week
Salary: 60,000.00 per year

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated
Nurse Home Manager
to lead and inspire our care team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse manager to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and team leadership.Key Responsibilities
Build strong and positive relationships with residents and their families. Lead, support, and manage integrated care teams to deliver outstanding services. Identify, anticipate, and respond to resident needs with empathy and professionalism. Ensure full compliance with all legislative, regulatory, and CQC standards. Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management. Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the home.
Requirements
Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)
with a valid NMC pin. Proven leadership and management experience within a nursing or care home setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of legislative compliance and CQC requirements. Ability to anticipate needs and deliver person-centred care.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
