Job Summary

Accor operates a selection of Qantas Lounges globally, to bring our service passion and values to the aviation industry. We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Temp Christmas casuals to join our First Class Lounge in Sydney, Australia during the busy seasonal period. Avialable Positions:

Lounge Runners (Food & Beverage Attendants) Bar & Barista Staff (expericence required) Kitchen Hands

Responsibilities

Deliver memorable service experiences to all Qantas Lounge guests. Clear tables and maintain clean, tidy service areas, including buffet stations. Support barista, bar, and A La Carte service (for experienced team members). Serve beverages using tray service with efficiency and care. Load/unhold service trolleys with glassware, cutlery, plates, and crockery. Collaborate with Front of House, Culinary, and Stores teams. Carry and balance trays while maintaining speed and accuracy. Represent the iconic Qantas brand with professionalism and impeccable presentation. Maintain high standards of food hygiene and presentation. Promote a safe workplace by identifying hazards and following WHS practices.

Experience

A friendly, customer-focused attitude with a passion or delivering exceptional experiences. Initiative to ensure positive, intuitive, and efficient guest interactions. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certification. Previous customer service or hospitality experience. Confidence liasing with internal and external clients. High standards of grooming and personal presentation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A positive, team-oriented, guest-centric mindset. Flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. Full working rights in Australia.
