Concierge / Hotel Porter

Lochside House Hotel, Lodges & Spa

30-40 hours per week, Shifts are 1pm - 11pm, on a 2 weeks Shift Rotation

Lochside House Hotel is seeking a warm, engaging, and genuine Concierge/Hotel Porter to support the smooth running of our hotel, lodges, and spa. We are looking for someone who will make every guest feel valued and ensure their experience is memorable. Your personality and commitment to delivering exceptional service are more important to us than prior experience; full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Shift Pattern:

Shifts: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM 2-week rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday ON Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday ON Additional hours available to cover holidays and absences

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with luggage, escorting them to their rooms Lodge check-ins and guest service Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas Handle guest enquiries and answer phone calls as needed Perform light maintenance tasks as required Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities, in-house dining, room service, and local amenities Serve drinks to both residents and non-residents Prepare function rooms for service and events

Requirements:

Full UK driver's license essential Must be over 25 due to vehicle insurance Friendly, approachable, and committed to excellent customer service Reliable and trust worthy

Pay: Up to 12.31 per hour
