We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation within our hotel. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards. Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required. Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages. Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous hotel experience is preferred but not essential; hospitality or janitorial experience will be considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and team members. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving items as necessary. Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week

Experience:

Hotel Housekeeping: 2 years (preferred)
