We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to providing outstanding guest services. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the hotel run smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction. Taking care of the reservations and handling OTA.

Duties

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members to foster a positive work environment. Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to ensure resolution. Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, maintenance, and food services, to ensure seamless operations. Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively to achieve business goals. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the hotel premises. Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors for efficient procurement of goods and services. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.

Experience

Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role within the hospitality industry is essential. Strong leadership skills with a track record of supervising teams effectively. Experience in human resources management, including recruitment and staff development. Excellent guest service skills with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. A solid understanding of hospitality operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, and food & beverage services is preferred.
