Head of Hotel Operations Up to 60,000 | East Sussex

We are looking for an experienced Head of Hotel Operations to join one of the most highly anticipated openings in East Sussex.

You will be joining an absolute powerhouse of a team and will be charged with support and be deputised in the Managing Directors absence. This is a key leadership role overseeing daily operations, driving performance, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across our incredible operation in East Sussex.

What you'll do:

Lead and support operational departments (F&B, Events, Front of House, Kitchen, Property/Maintenance)Act as Deputy to the MD, ensuring smooth operations in their absence. Drive guest satisfaction, service quality, and team engagement. Oversee HR, Health & Safety, compliance, and estate management. Deliver financial performance, process improvements, and brand standards. Have an exceptional attention to detail.
