We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanour, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area's organisation.
Provide information about services and facilities to guests.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to guests and staff.
Experience
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is preferred.
Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele.
Experience in hospitality or guest services is advantageous.
Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities within a team environment.
