We are a social enterprise and we support vulnerable people so that they can 'Live the life they choose'. Mostly we support people with learning disabilities, young people leaving care and people with dementia...though we do lots of other great things too.



Our supported living services help people to live as independently as possible. You will be responsible for the house and the support given for people to live in a safe, excellent quality and happy home.

Your Purpose




Oversee the daily operations of your houses, maintaining a safe, stimulating, and enjoyable environment for the people who live there. Lead your house teams to deliver excellent quality care and support ensuring that individuals live healthy, fulfilling, and happy lives according to their needs.

Your Line Manager




Your line manager will be Team Leader.

Your Role



Recruit, induct, train and manage staff to delivery high quality, person-centred care, and ensure they are up to date with best practice Lead a team of personal assistants/support workers to deliver excellent quality care and support Support, monitor and develop your team to perform effectively in their role through regular 1:1s, coaching and mentoring Regularly check staff competency and care and support delivery to make sure staff practice remains excellent, and the team retains knowledge and skill Oversee the planning and delivery of person-centred plans ensuring all outcomes are met and plans remain up to date Support people and promote self-advocacy, including identifying when an independent advocate is needed Act as a liaison and advocate for individuals, coordinating with families, healthcare providers and community services Manage and monitor individual finances, medication, personal care, moving and positioning and other care and support activity to ensure it is delivered in line with our expected standards. Take prompt action where you identify concerns about care and support delivery and escalate as and when this is needed Ensure your houses are staffed safely through effective rota management Complete regular House audits to check service quality and compliance, identify actions for improvement, and make sure actions are completed to keep improving service quality Complete on-call to provide excellent support to staff teams out of hours as per our policy and guidelines Attend multi-agency meetings to address any concerns or changes to support for individuals in your care Liaise with landlords and housing providers to promptly report property concerns and any other property related issues Protect individuals from abuse and neglect, and report any suspected abuse Gather feedback from the people we support and use this to identify where improvements are needed. Complete regular house meetings with individuals to gather this information. Comply with data protection and confidentiality laws and only share information with authorised people

The Hours




Your contractual hours will be 37 hours per week. You will also be required to provide on-call for all service areas from time to time, and will be rewarded for this outside of your basic pay.
