Housekeeping Supervisor

to join our award-winning team.

The Role

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you'll support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across our 46 beautifully appointed bedrooms and public areas, creating a magical and memorable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with the Front Office team to ensure guest requests are met and personalised touches prepared. Ensure guest rooms and public areas are maintained to impeccable standards. Report and follow up on maintenance issues promptly. Check guest rooms ahead of arrivals, ensuring readiness and preparation for special requests. Regularly inspect public spaces to guarantee cleanliness and presentation. Assist the team as needed, stepping in to help during busy periods. Train, coach, and delegate tasks to Housekeepers, Linen Porters, and Laundry Attendants. Strive continuously for excellence and improvement within the department.

About You

We are seeking someone with:

Proven experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Strong initiative, emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Health & Safety and COSHH procedures. Experience supervising and guiding a team. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards. Enthusiasm, ambition, and a genuine passion for delivering world-class hospitality.
