Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is highly desirable, as it will enhance your ability to meet our high standards of cleanliness and service. Duties - Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet established cleanliness standards. - Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as required. - Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain a pristine appearance throughout the facility. - Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. - Assist with laundry duties as needed, ensuring that all linens and towels are cleaned and organised efficiently. - Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Qualifications - Previous experience in hotel or hospitality environments is preferred but not essential. - Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. - Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritising tasks effectively. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills, both verbal and written. - Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
