? What We're Looking For
Essential:
Understanding of Health & Safety and Duty of Care
Basic knowledge of MS Office
Desirable:
Experience in office environments
Awareness or lived experience of social housing
Personal Qualities:
Team player with great communication skills
Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Confident using IT systems
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
Qualifications:
Level 2 Key Skills in Literacy & Numeracy (or equivalent)
