Level 3 Qualification in Housing & Property Management

The Apprentice Academy

. Topics include:

Health & Safety Risk Assessments Leases & Licences Data Protection & Common Law History of Social Housing Tenancy Agreements EPCs, Private Landlords, Listed Buildings & more!

This apprenticeship could be your stepping stone to a permanent role in Housing and Property Management.


? What We're Looking For

Essential:

Understanding of Health & Safety and Duty of Care Basic knowledge of MS Office

Desirable:

Experience in office environments Awareness or lived experience of social housing

Personal Qualities:

Team player with great communication skills Reliable, enthusiastic, and eager to learn Confident using IT systems Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Qualifications:

Level 2 Key Skills in Literacy & Numeracy (or equivalent)
