What you'll be doing:




As part of our busy People Team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support across all stages of the colleague employment lifecycle -- from new starters and compliance checks, to payroll updates, contractual changes and leavers.


You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate records, managing confidential data on our HR system, and helping us stay compliant with employment legislation and company policies. You'll also support the team as we implement a new HR & Payroll system, giving you a chance to be involved in digital transformation projects and process improvements.


You'll be the go-to person for queries, known for your attention to detail, problem-solving, and professionalism. This is a varied role that offers real development potential within a supportive and forward-thinking team.


Who we are looking for:




No two days are the same, so we're looking for someone who's organised, proactive, and a great communicator. You'll also need:


Experience in an HR admin role, ideally in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of HR systems and data maintenance Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage high volumes of work Confidence working with MS Office and handling sensitive information Understanding of HR policies, procedures and compliance processes A team player mindset with the drive to support others and meet deadlines
