Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, documentation, induction scheduling)
Support in tracking staff absences, holidays, and timekeeping
Coordinate and support training, appraisals, and team building activities
Prepare letters and documentation such as offer letters, Amendments letters
Handle general HR inquiries from employees with professionalism and confidentiality
Ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
