HR Administrator
to join our growing team--someone who's as organised as they are unafraid to challenge the status quo. This isn't your average admin job. You'll be in the thick of it: working closely with our HR Advisers, supporting clients, keeping us running like a dream, and playing a key part in how we do HR differently.
What you'll be doing:
HR Operations
+ Draft, proofread, and format employment contracts, letters, policies, and handbooks
+ Assist in preparing for disciplinary, grievance or performance meetings (e.g. scheduling, note-taking, document collation)
+ Support with low level ER case management where appropriate
+ Become the Breathe HR champion, supporting clients with set up and management of their HR system
+ Support client recruitment activity from drafting job adverts to screening candidates using our ATS
Client Management
+ Manage and maintain client information in our databases, ensuring we have access to the correct details at all times
+ Support the client onboarding and offboarding processes (e.g. contracts, invoices and ordering client gifts)
+ Complete monthly client usage reports both in ClickUp and in Breathe HR
+ Distribute client statements each month, chasing payments where appropriate
+ Support the creation of the monthly client newsletter
General Administration
+ Monitor shared inboxes, respond to admin-related client queries promptly and professionally and log ER cases for HR Advisers
+ Take and triage phone calls for the wider team
+ Assist in internal projects or process improvements that streamline how we deliver support
+ Collaborate with the wider team to ensure an exceptional client experience at every step
You'll thrive here if you:
Have experience in admin, ideally HR or professional services
Are super-organised, detail-driven, and genuinely enjoy supporting others
Communicate clearly and confidently--both in writing and in person
Aren't afraid of systems and tech (Google Drive, ClickUp, Breathe HR --if you don't know it yet, you'll learn)
Can juggle tasks, manage time, and keep calm when things get busy
Are up for learning, growing, and doing HR in a way that actually helpspeople
