HR Administrator
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for all things admin.
This is a hands-on, process-focused role where no two days are the same. From managing sensitive employee data to chasing visa documentation and auditing HR systems, you'll be at the heart of keeping our people operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
Own the data
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR systems with precision and confidentiality.
Visa & right-to-work tracking
- Monitor and follow up on employee visa statuses, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
Recruitment coordination
- Support hiring managers by posting roles, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.
Onboarding support
- Prepare contracts, welcome packs, and coordinate induction sessions for new starters.
System audits
- Regularly audit HR systems to ensure data integrity and flag any inconsistencies.
Internal communications
- Help drive employee engagement by supporting internal announcements and updates.
Policy & process queries
- Be the first point of contact for employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Performance process support
- Assist in gathering feedback and documentation for mid-year and annual reviews.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role (ideally in a fast-paced environment).
Excellent attention to detail and a love for structure and process.
Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.
Confident using HRIS and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
A proactive mindset - someone who spots issues before they become problems.
Experience managing sensitive data and understanding confidentiality requirements.
Familiarity with visa tracking or compliance processes is a plus.
