We are currently recruiting an HR Administratorto join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager with all day-to-day HR-related matters.
In return, is salary of
up to 25,000 P/A
, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.
This role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday.
Reporting to the
HR Manager
your responsibilities will include:
Supporting with all employee relations issues, assisting in appraisal and change management processes
Providing support with recruitment needs across the business, conducting inductions and exit interviews
Producing reports on the HR system
Recording starters, leavers and sickness statistics
Maintaining records for training and development
The ideal candidate:
Must be at least CIPD level 3 qualified. Level 5 would be a huge advantage!
Will have strong, attention to detail and administration capabilities.
Must be an excellent team player and someone who can work with minimal supervision.

Pay: 23,492.00-25,000.00 per year
